Vive Adolescent Care

I can’t say enough good things about Vive Adolescent Care and the incredible team. I have known the owners for many years. They are hard working professionals. From the moment you walk through the doors, you will feel a sense of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff goes above and beyond to provide personalized attention, ensuring that your child receives the support they needed during a difficult time.

Our child was there for 4 days. We were contacted about 3 critical incidents. Staff reported that our child had been "targeted" for bullying by the other clients. This included being pushed, punched, put in a headlock, verbal aggression, and physically being picked up and in the words of staff "taken to the ground". Staff reported that our child did not provoke these incidents. We picked our child up immediately. Administration will not return our phone calls or email to answer questions we have about how this was allowed to occur and what their plan is to ensure the safety of the children still in their care. Update: We did hear back from Vive. We were told that our 14 year old autistic son had been told to stay near staff to remain safe, which he didn't do and that is when the incidents happened. It is our belief that it was staffs job to stay with him and keep him safe. Not to mention one of the incidents was when he was in his room laying on his bed sleeping during "rest" time when another client came in and pulled his mattress out from under him. This led to a significant incident that ended, in the words of the staff who called me, with the other youth client "taking CHILD to the ground."

The staff is fantastic 😊 They helped my son through an extremely difficult time, actually they helped our family get through this. I am extremely greatful that they are here locally for families who are unable to travel long distances. All my Thanks and Praise to Vive, that my child had such a Positive Experience 🙏🏼
