Milestone House DeLand

I used this beautiful home & property for a baby shower. The home is very clean, spacious & a lot of parking. Homeowner is very responsive & kind. I love how they capture the small town deland charm in this home.

Lots of room for outdoor gatherings. Old school charm with modern updates. Able to accommodate the largest and smallest family or group. And if you ever need anything, the owners are nearby and very responsive. If you have an event near DeLand or Volusia County, Florida area, this should be your choice of lodging.

Had the best birthday party here complete with a catered taco bar and room for a live band! The house was spotlessly clean and the owners are AMAZING! Tons of space to bring ALL your friends! 🌮🫶🥳
