I have been living with depression and anxiety for 35 years, experiencing many ups and downs along the way. A year ago, I met Amanda, and she has made my life so much easier. Amanda Lantow APRN-PMHNP-BC is an AMAZING provider! I've felt comfortable with her since my consultation a few years ago, and I've since transferred all of my mental health care to her at Relief Mental Health (MH). She is trustworthy, professional, empathetic, caring and all the other adjectives imaginable. When I first started seeing Amanda, I was at a pretty low point and had been referred by another psychiatrist for Spravato treatments (which, by the way, helped tremendously with my depression). After seeing Amanda for several months for Spravato, we built a rapport and I couldn't be happier with my decision to entrust her with my mental health care. The ENTIRE staff at Relief MH has been fantastic. As a side note: I didn't care for the previous clinic manager (who immediately came across as rude and unprofessional), but the current manager, Abby, is absolutely AMAZING as well...and she's been on the staff in other capacities since day one of my treatment as well (she was actually the first person I met on my Relief MH journey). Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amanda Lantow and Relief MH!
