Jaqueline and her crew (Molly, too) have been an invaluable addition to my mental health the past year and a half. Not only does the treatment help, but walking into such a warm environment has been a highlight each week for the past year and a half. The company has lost some awesome employees in the past half a year which has really been tough (I miss their faces), but this facility is run really well by the staff and the family vibe they bring to their interactions with each other and patients is warm and welcoming. These qualities are invaluable for a facility helping people through mental health challenges. They all deserve raises and a whole lot of praise from the powers that be.

Does not accept Medicaid. Care is provided only to those who are privledged enough to have money to pay or have money to pay for private insurance. They practice legal discrimination based on income. In Chicago, income is a primary predictor of mental health outcomes, with lower-income residents experiencing significantly higher rates of depression, anxiety, and severe mental distress compared to wealthier residents. Probably because of places like this that cater to people who can afford treatment or afford private insurance vs government insurance. Of the 20 ZIP codes in Cook County with the highest depression rates, 52% are in areas where more than half of screeners earn less than $60,000. ( Not 60657 where this clinic is. ) 60657 has a 6 figure medium income. This place is not interested in caring for mental health. They care about making money. They also made sure to flag this review on Yelp so people wouldn't see it instead of address it. Would be.telling if they would refer people to someone who accepts Medicaid. That's what people who care about patients vs money do.

I cannot say enough about RMH, specifically Jackie and Ty, who are so phenomenal to work with. They have been beyond supportive and life changing in terms of getting my depression to a manageable point. I receive treatments there, as well as doing my medication management with Jackie - she's incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you for the incredible work you do!
