New Season Treatment Center - Akron

Im new here, and they are really worrying me over lack of structure & organization. The NURSE has been REALLY HELPFUL throughout the WHOLE process, Chrisy or Christy. (Sry I forgot your name sweetie)Then poor Jamie, the councilor, seems to have a FULL plate, but he REALLY does an EXCELLENT job at what he does!!!! Everyone seems to work well and independently, but somewhere as a team, things aren't working as a whole. (If that makes sense) I just want what they say is going to happen,to actually happen when they say it will!!! (My take homes should have already started this past Monday & haven't.) I have faith in this place still, and I will update you later once I've been there longer.

I went to visit my sister there recently and the smell in the lobby was horrible like there was mildew and it was really bad and the hallway leading to her apt also smelled bad pretty sure there maintenance needs to clean the carpet or find where the bad smell is coming from.

Okay they have stepped their game up some thankfully this program saved my life. If you don’t get take homes better plan for at least an hour of your time. They have one good nurse Shelly! And the staff is very good people they all truly care about you.
