This PHP/IOP program truly saved my life. I came in at a point where I didn’t know if things could get better, and this place completely changed that for me. The groups are incredibly meaningful, supportive, and led by people who genuinely care about your healing, not just about money or checking boxes. Every single therapist here is amazing, but I especially want to recognize Jen, Bri, Alexis, Lisa, and Lauren (hopefully I’m not forgetting anyone). Their compassion, honesty, and dedication made me feel seen, safe, and supported. You can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors. If you’re on the fence or feeling unsure, please give this program a chance. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it - and you don’t have to do it alone.
