I was recommended by my nurse at my doctor's office, and I am beyond happy and thankful for the kindness, compassion, caring that they show for their patients. The staff is wonderful and the receptionists are very good of helping you get appointments set up. As for a psychiatrist Christie is the best. I truly appreciate her compassion and dedication she has for me. She really cares and takes her time with you to help you through what you are going through. I am beyond grateful and thankful for a great psychiatrist. I look forward to coming to New Directions, never had a group of remarkable people. Thank you so much ❤️

Cory is the best therapist I've had, and I have had many therapists throughout my life. I'm someone who generally has a very difficult time connecting with and trusting people but I felt comfortable talking from her from the start. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and I feel safe opening up to her about anything. I'm so happy I finally found a therapist who is genuinely helping me. As far a new directions goes as a practice- I am very happy with them as well. I love that all my therapy appointments are virtual and I can do them in the comfort of my own home.

while I really enjoy my appts with christie, the facility as a whole has continued to fail me. my insurance was dropped for 2 months and they automatically cancelled my 10/31 appt without making me aware. I went without my necessary medications for a week because I was out of refills and nobody at new directions would follow up with the calls from the pharmacy or myself. I finally got an appt on 1/7 and got my refills. I shouldn't have to run around so much and take appointments while i'm at work just to get my prescriptions. I left many voicemails that were never returned either. overall, I would not recommend new directions to anyone looking for reliable care. christie is great though. I highly recommend her.
