Dr. Kate is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Cannot express how grateful I am to have lucked out being scheduled with her years ago. Sometimes she remembers things that I forgot I even mentioned to her! Her professionalism is unmatched. Thank you, Dr. Kate! Only thing that could use work is the billing department. As stated in other reviews, sometimes (less often lately) I will receive charges for things from months previously that I was not aware that I owed. Sometimes instead of charging my copays at the time of my appointment, they will add up and be taken out of my account at seemingly random times. My mental health provider is so amazing that this is something I overlook. Billing does seem to be improving though, and other than this, it’s a great practice that functions very well!
Extremely unprofessional and opaque billing practices. It is nearly impossible to get hold of a real person, and their billing department appears to be outsourced to a shady third party called Transformation Care Network. Bills are never sent or communicated properly, yet collection agencies suddenly reach out demanding payment out of the blue, without providing any documentation, invoices, or proof of how they arrived at those monetary amounts. This is not how a legitimate or ethical organization should operate. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic professionalism is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before engaging with this provider. Note: I am not the primary patient, and my family member is. I am leaving this review on behalf of my family member to guard their privacy.
The billing department is an abomination. They charged me random amounts and then hit me with a bill for all of my services for 6 months of services in June of 2024. Some of the services dated back to November of 2023. In addition, after suspending services and deleting my card from the payment portal in July of 2024 I was billed for a different person's services in October of 2025. I informed the billing department of their mistake and they requested that I do a charge back with my bank. It is now December of 2025 and they have rejected my charge back. I'm not sure if the billing department is fraudulent or stupid but I would not give them any of your financial information. If I could give them zero stars I would.
