LightHeart Associates Northgate

Good place so far. Don't call the Redmond location - my experience with whoever answers the phone there is super rude and short with people. As for Northgate, it is a good location, good people so far. I've missed so many appointments because of my mental health and they just roll with it. I appreciate that especially since I'm living in my car right now with my 3 year old it's super hard to make appointments sometimes. I'm stressed out, depressed, anxious and exhausted all the time and out here with my kid every night. Hopefully the medication helps.

So far I like them. I like how they have a med management person, a therapist and access to ketamine. All in one. They also have an app that makes it easy to message your people! So far they have been nice and my med mgmt guy actually listens to me, gives me meds I told him I want to try. That's a miracle in my experience: I've unfortunately had a crappy experience with medical professionals my whole life. So... This place is worth a shot. Try them out. Try esketamine out if you have treatment resistant depression. I've been on everything under the sun. Literally. They should have Spravato Jan 2026, and I'm hoping it will work. My med mgmt also sent me a GeneSight test out. I highly recommend a GeneSight test so you don't have to be a guinea pig when it comes to trying and testing which antidepressants work for you: the test will show you what works with your body/chemistry or not! Can't wait to get that done. I'm hopeful.

We have sadly had a really terrible experience at LightHeart. Quite literally nothing I've ever experienced in a practice before. After my child and I met with the therapist twice she let us know she was leaving and branching out on her own. Then I had to call 4 times before I could get a hold of someone to find a new therapist. I was promised a call back after voicing my concerns to the Executive Director and still no one reached out. After finding a new therapist, reorganizing our schedule and taking the time off work, they cancelled less than 24 hrs before the appointment. Saying they double booked us. I've been in education for 2 decades and would NOT recommend this for any parent looking for a reliable therapy office for their child.
