Absolutely terrible and unprofessional place to get therapy. Not only is the billing system woeful, I was told by the receptionist that I would not be charged for any session, only to get billed like 3 weeks later? Rescheduling any session is a nightmare as phone calls are not answered and emails are not responded to. A no-show will charge you $150 so good luck if something comes up and you need to cancel an appointment. Do not go here if you want to solve some of your mental health problems- they will only increase the problems you have in life and overcharge you for giving you that courtesy.

My wife was very satisfied with the counseling she received from Jessica at LightHeart. However, their billing practices are an absolute horror show! Case in point: for one of my wife's visits in January 2024, we received the first billing for it in September 2025! We thought we were finished making payments to them and then 20 months later they're demanding $150 more. After some arguing, we paid it (either that or be sent to collections, right?) but these billing practices, and others mentioned in other reviews here, are completely unacceptable. We can't recommend LightHeart to anyone, as the billing horror will offset any psychological progress you may have made.

Therapist are good however the billing and administrative department is terrible. They will have you on hold for hours or not answer at all. Never received any callbacks and phantom charges that the billing staff could not explain and then would proceed to ask for proof from you instead of being able to see in their system where the charge came from. An incredibly unprofessional billing system and I suggest you go somewhere else to avoid the headache.
