Super reasonable… On this particular day, which was a Monday all clothing was half off including shoes. I also asked for something at a lower price in which they took. They are super friendly and it's going for a good cause. Definitely check it out.

Zero compassion! Arrived at 11:15 am. Lady was about to lock the door for 12-1 lunch ( at 11:15am) I asked if they had rental assistance was told no. Proceeded to explain how I called and they told me they had it available. The lady asked another woman, do we have funds available and the woman replied yes. The lady said give her a packet and tell her to come back at one after lunch. ( Package work takes an hour) This federally funded organization doesn’t care for the community and should be investigated. I was so hopeful for assistance but left defeated. I wished I asked for names.

I've NEVER requested any kind of assistance before so I was overly anxious and I'm blessed to come across Ms Carol and Lara!! Ms Carol went out of her way to make sure I got assisted, had access to additional resources, and knew what documents I needed. And Lara matched her energy by walking me through the financial assistance process with such a great attitude! They both made me feel welcome and eased the embarrassment of having to ask for help. I'm grateful for the organization and for these 2 women. I felt their passion to advocate for those in need!
