Crossroads Treatment Center Grove City
Reviews
I've been going here for over two years now, it's a wonderful office with equally as wonderful staff. The doctor is incredible. My treatment has progressed with ease and with immense thought of me as a person and what I need most. The doctor takes everyone's treatment very seriously and always makes you feel welcome and heard. Every step of the process from initial intake forward is done with absolute and utmost care from reception, to toxicology, to the care provider, to the doctor. I very highly recommend the Grove City Crossroads office to anyone seeking outpatient treatment.
Amazing staff very caring and supportive and understanding people I have ever met! Highly recommend them to any one in need
Always have a positive experience every month. All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, I bring my daughter with me every time and everybody loves her and she loves seeing them. Never once have I had to wait, I'm taken as soon as I walk in the door. Dr. Adams is an amazing doctor. She is there for anything medication related as well as just anything else in your life that you need help with. Tina the care manager is also the best. I cannot recommend the Grove City facility strongly enough. if you're struggling with recovery and are interested in MAT, this is the place to go for sure. This is not worth taking a star away because of the fantastic staff at the Grove City location, but this is an issue with crossroads corporate, they desperately need to revamp their phone system. All there is is that ridiculous 1-800 number that sits you on hold for 4 or 5 hours, there is no direct line to any office unless you go in and get a card from one of the team members there that has a number for them. The last few times times I have not got my appointment confirmation text and it's hell getting through to somebody through the main line. Even the pharmacy has told us that if there's an issue with a prescription, it is impossible for them to get through to anybody to get it corrected and that is a major issue, as this is not a medicine that people can afford to go without while minor issues are corrected, for example, when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter and they switched my medicine to Subutex. My insurance required a prior authorization and the pharmacy had no way to get a hold of my doctor. I literally had to drive back over to the doctor's office to speak with her face-to-face and ask her to call the pharmacy and take care of it, which she did right away because Dr. Adams is amazing, but it should not have had to go down that way.
