Crossroads Treatment Center Feasterville

All of the staff at crossroads Trevose are very kind and genuinely care about their patients. I have been to another drs office and the crossroads in northeast phila. And the staff at both places were extremely rude. It’s like the look down on you because you are there receiving care. When you go to the Trevose crossroads everyone makes you feel comfortable and are very kind and helpful.

I rate them five stars because you can tell that they do care about our recovery. From when you first step in the office, you are met with warmth and kindness. So thank you for your hard work.

I have been going here for 3 years and starting getting the sublocade injection 2 years ago. Not only have I been told my injection hasn't come yet and needed to wait an additional week for it to come multiple times, but how am I also being told that I owe 800 $?? Mind you I have had state insurance the entire time I've gone here and never had a copay! How is it that I owe 800$? They gave me the bill and it shows 2 dates, April of 2024!! How is it that I wasnt told of these charges when they happened? Why was it not until over a year later that im being told and now in order to get my medication I have to pay money towards a balance I have no clue how it even came to be?? Needless to say im currently looking for another place to get my shot. So unprofessional and the supervisor still has yet to call me to speak with me about this. The only reason im giving the stars is because the np and the girls who work the office.
