Crossroads Treatment Center Canonsburg
Reviews
The doctor and front desk person were so very friendly and understanding why I had to be seen by them and got me scheduled back with my regular doctor in clarion. If clarion didn’t have a crossroads I would be going down there if I had my own ride, but since I use transportation I’m glad clarion has a facility
I just love the Canonsburg location. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring, considerate and friendly. All in all, this office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Coffer is by far the best suboxone doctor I've met. I could go to an office closer to my home but the staff at this location here make your appointment a positive experience. I've been with Crossroads for a few years and I've never had a problem. Kudos to Canonsburg Crossroads!!!
Normally I would give 5 stars, but after today's incident I refuse. I've been a patient at Crossroads Treatment Center for almost 7 years and have always appreciated the care I've received from my PA, Megan. However, I recently had a frustrating experience that negatively impacted my recovery process with someone else who I've never spoken to. After waiting on Zoom for over an hour, I received a phone call from the clinic informing me that the doctor would not be able to see me. Her tone was extremely disrespectful. It was particularly frustrating as it followed a lengthy wait time of 45 minutes on the phone on hold as well as waiting on Zoom for an hour and 15 minutes. After trying a new medication that didn't agree with me, I contacted the clinic to switch back to my previous treatment. Unfortunately, the scheduling process was very inefficient, with long wait times on both Zoom and phone calls. Additionally, I received conflicting information about my appointment, leading to further confusion and anxiety. This incident has caused me significant stress and made it difficult to manage my mental health during this sensitive time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe Crossroads could improve communication and patient care by providing timely updates and ensuring accurate information is shared. I hope this feedback can help the clinic continue to provide excellent care for its patients. I'm honestly considering seeking treatment elsewhere. I will not be treated poorly by someone that is not an addict that makes money off of people like me. Especially when I'm the one paying them. I'm going to be very upset if I walk into my appointment next month and there is a brixadi injection instead of a sublocade injection like I requested.
