Crossroads Treatment Center Butler
Reviews
I would normally give this place a four star review I really like it here. Well I did. The front office staff is very nice and they all usually remember everyone's name, and it is always clean and inviting. My problem with this place is that the higher ups in this company wait until you finally get a provider (doctor or in this case a nurse practitioner) that is so wonderful and they let her go not once but twice! It makes me think they really don't care about how use the patient feels. I am talking about Joanne Mahimeister. She was so nice she took time to talk to her patients. She made me feel as if I was at any other doctor's appointment not one for Suboxone. I felt as though she went above and beyond what other doctors do there. I believe she only worked one day a week so I don't know why they would let her go! I don't know if I will continue to stay at Crossroads or not. Everyone of Joannes patients loved her. BRING HER BACK!!!! 😢
The employees of the butler offices of crossroads are genuinely good people. They helped me when I needed the most help. I even got a change of clothes there at my lowest. They did all they could to help someone in my situation, not only because it is their job but because they truly care about human beings going through the struggle.
Crossroads in Butler is wonderful! All the nurses are so patient and supportive. They listen if you have a problem and try to help you solve it. My dr, Joanne, is amazing. She knows me and always has my back. All the staff there are great! I've never had a bad experience there. It's a great place to go to get help
