They're awesome. They are very organized for how busy they are, and they remembered me after one visit. It's a good feeling to feel like you are cared for in a clinical setting. The first time I called I immediately got set up on a telehealth appointment and had medication sent to pharmacy same day. Every in-person appointment since then has been smooth. No problems ever.

I'm a return client to Crossroads(Allentown Office), reconnecting with Miss Judy was a pleasure, she is always so welcoming and the atmosphere is so laid back, you really feel well taken care of. I was initially helped by Miss Tori at the front desk, who despite being new, her bubbly, kind hearted personality was extremely disarming making the whole process a breeze and stress free. I will definitely recommend anyone seeking help specifically to the folks here at Crossroads Allentown for a casual, caring, start at regaining control of your life!❤️

I miss Judy. Where is she? She was one of the reasons I loved coming in to my appointment! She always treated me well and with respect. She always checked on me and made me feel like she truly cares. To say I was overjoyed to see her this morning when I walked in, was an understatement. She is someone who I truly enjoy seeing every time I come! Sharon and Kristy are absolutely wonderful as well!
