Brain Balance Center of Utah Valley

Our daughter just completed the 24 week virtual program through Brain Balance of Orem. Their program was very helpful. We had a personal coach who worked with us weekly and she became my daughter's cheerleader and friend. We did exercises for her body and brain that helped her overcome so many things she was dealing with. The program helped me as a parent to work with my daughter and to understand the things that help brain development and things that hurt it. Our program helped my daughter go from retaining all her primitive reflexes to only have a few that remain. Her focus is better, and her reading has greatly improved. She isn't afraid of her own shadow and is willing and excited to try new things. Her core is stronger and she can sit still better and focus longer. She used to fight us on everything and while she still isn't perfect we can now reason with her and she see quickly we are on her side where she used to just refuse to try and see. We are so grateful we did this program. It was so worth it!
