Brain Balance Center of Encinitas

Brain Balance is an excellent resource for improving important capabilities such as executive functioning, verbal cognition, physical coordination, self-sufficiency and mental health. The program is tailored to each individual based on a very thorough assessment. I appreciated the quantitative tracking and regular check-ins of progress throughout the program. The team leaders were always available to answer my questions, make modifications to the program if needed, and were overall just incredibly supportive. I would highly recommend getting an assessment to see how Brain Balance can help you or your family!

I have only been doing Brain Balance for close to 2 months now, but in the short time that I have been doing it, I am already seeing progress! I am a young woman who is on the autism spectrum and who struggles with anxiety. Since starting this program, I am already becoming a bit more calmer and am able to handle the challenges of life a bit better. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to have a breakthrough with their anxiety or any mental health issues. The coaches are very helpful and supportive!! They understood if I am having a harder day or my body just isn’t feeling good and I need to take it easy with the exercises. The coaches that I have, Ricky and Sam truly understand me. I love that !

I have nothing but positive things to say about Brain Balance Encinitas & Poway. Jon is an amazing leader at the center and it shows in the care, quality and retention of his staff. Every single person is so helpful and really truly cares for each child. They were always informed of our family's particular situation and were so thorough and present with our entire family and how we were doing all along the way. My son showed real improvement during his program, and the best thing, was that every time he came out of a session, he was always bubbly, confident and in a great mood! I full-heartedly recommend and have so much love for this team!
