Dr. Chakra and Kaitlin (the patient care coordinator) have been such a blessing to our family. What I love most is that we’re always given multiple treatment options and included as a team in the decision-making. Dr. Chakra truly listens. He doesn’t just prescribe and send us on our way — he explains the pros and cons, starts with the least invasive options, and tailors everything to my child’s specific needs. Medication has never been treated as the only answer. They’ve helped us find counseling resources even though we don’t live in their area, and they’re very thorough about monitoring medications with ongoing blood work. In all my years of experience, both personally and now as a parent, I have never encountered a doctor who listens so attentively or a staff that is this kind, compassionate, and invested in individualized care.
