This is a wonderful, caring clinic! Steve, the director is great! He is also efficient, helpful and respectful. He has an important job and it isn't easy! All of the nurses are kind and really go out of their way to help me with whatever I need! My counselor, Nikiya Golden is great at her job. She never comes down on me and talks to me about my day to day life which lets me know she cares! She is an asset to New Seasons and I feel blessed to have her as my counselor! I really love my clinic and I don't want to leave so to anyone out there struggling with addiction, please try this New Seasons first and see how a well run clinic can change your life for the better! Also, i can't forget Andre, the manager. He is awesome just like Steve is! I have had some problems that Andre helped with in a hurry! Didn't try to push me on someone else! So make the correct decision and go to this New Seasons!

This Place neither Encourages nor Motivates you to Move past your Addiction! Its just a ATM taking your Money! Ppl that Come monthly, Be Careful!!! They don't count there bottles right and either Give you Two same Numbers or an Extra one!! When Just asking what is the protocol for when this happens they gave me an attitude bc I was not the Client! To find out a Protocol you Don't need to be a Client and anyone Should know that Answer! The sad part is they treat ppl Like if they where shit and they Tend to talk to Grown ppl as they are Children!! No one is Perfect and Respect is Due! The Sadest part is while they are talking down to someone they should be Careful who they are Talking too!! Because I Worked for OSHA and HIPAA for many Years!!! So 27 ppl, Check your bottles! Sadly Trusting Nurses that seem to Hate Life and there Job is Not An Option!! New Season, if you don't have Empathy and Sense of belonging with the ppl needing Help, Don't work there!! All your Doing is Making these addicts feel like this is all they got!! A Place that is Suppose to Help an Addict Only drives them more to the Edge. Truly Truly Sad!!!!

I wan’t to be clear that the 1 star is because it seems that the practices at this particular clinic by Dr.Bircham seem to be punitive to all of the people who have reached phases and have no regard for the fact that as you regain your sobriety and life back. Things do come up and should be treated on a case by case matter. My counselor Ron and the Program director Steven are Magnificent, so the fact they they seem to be stuck with a doctor who is more concerned about the patients doing what she says immediately instead of teaming things on Wednesdays is like a dictatorship where I now constantly here that this is the medical directors orders and only she can change them yet she’s never there. The Last Straw for me is outrageous she decided that any one who missed there pick up date would have to single dose until their next pickup. On top of the fact that this is directly affecting those who have consistently made progress a part of which is working daily, spending time with family. It is again punitive to those doing everything they are supposed to not those failing UA screens or not showing progress because they already must come dose daily anyway. This new policy was sent on the engage app which 80% only use to sign in why was if put into place immediately not communicated in a manner that made everyone aware. Signs on the door calls from councilors email as opposed to a random alert on an app barely used. I did have general counsel for my companies waste a whole day preparing the exact laws pertaining to this which I will send a copy of to corporate a portion of which is provided below. 4. Methods for Notifying Patients Clinics must notify patients of policy changes using clear and accessible methods: - Direct Communication: - In-Person Announcements: Clinics often inform patients during daily visits. - Written Notices: Posted prominently in clinics and included in patient paperwork. - Individual Consultations: Providers discuss changes during counseling sessions. - Digital and Remote Methods: - Telehealth Platforms: For patients receiving remote counseling, changes can be communicated via virtual sessions. - Email and Text Alerts: If patients provide contact information, clinics may use electronic notifications. - Regulatory Requirements: - Transparency: Clinics must explain changes to take-home doses, dosing rules, or counseling requirements, as seen in federal guidelines. - **Documentation**: Patients may be required to sign acknowledgments of new policies, especially for safety-related changes (e.g., lockable containers for take-home doses).
