New Journey House DeLand

Enjoyed touring the sanctuary after dropping off the items I brought to donate for the cats! They have rescue farm animals in addition to dogs and cats. Some are special needs pets, and some of the dogs and cats are available for adoption, so if you are interested in a new furry family member please contact Journey's End to visit! Loved the huge catio that enables the cats to have safe outdoor time! Please consider a visit or donate...they are private and depend on donations to provide care for all of the animals.

Excellent cause, a retirement home for cats, an admirable cause! Hope I get to take care of mine I got from the Halifax Humane Society & the streets of DeLand as long as possible! Hopefully much longer than the Jacksonville Strays that wandered into our yard out of the woods that we adopted out that might just now be passing away of old age the average lifespan of a cat ago

I got to tour today with my sister and our kids. The whole experience was great. Staff was friendly and the manager Mara who gave us the tour clearly cares about the animals. The tour wasn't rushed. It's extremely clean. There's no kennels. The animals roam free. It truly is a sanctuary. This place is amazing! Great work!!
