Completely unresponsive. They will not contact you if your child is injured while in their care. After your child is discharged they will not provide you with treatment records. Frequent staff turnover. I'd love it if someone who works there would just provide me with my kids treatment records. My kid was discharged June 21 and it's like they've never had a parent request records. I've reached out to 3 different people working there asking how I get my kids records. 2 just never responded and now 1 has actually responded but referred me to 2 different people who have not responded. This isn't rocket science.

Helped our family when we were having issues with my daughter. Would recommend if you are looking for assistance with at risk teens without the need to be placed in a facility. The home atmosphere and check ins / updates sometimes daily from the case managers was an added bonus. You know exactly how your kid is doing, and progress being made. Thank you guys!

If you truly want your child to get help and love themselves, this isn’t the place. There methods are questionable and thier concerns are also questionable.
