If you care about your teen, avoid this place like the plague! They are only concerned about the money. They've rebranded several times. They were previously named Eden Teen Treatment Center for Eating Disorders and so many teens reported being abused and traumatized. They've scrubbed the reviews. Our family's experience was the same. My child was severely traumatized at this place. My child was mentally and emotionally abused at Moriah Behavioral Health by the sadistic therapist who ran the house and by a technician. Another staff member confirmed the mistreatment and I, as a parent, had my own negative experiences with those staff members. Also, they have staff who do not follow HIPPA laws and will approach you in public attempting to discuss your child and their stay at the facility. Another disturbing occurrence: the therapists speaking negatively about one another to the patients. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and removed my child after I was made aware of the mistreatment. The administrator claimed to be invested in helping our family and offered treatment at a different location, but she NEVER reached back out to me after my phone call with her.
