(New patient intake via phone) From the time I dialed their number to the moment I picked up my prescription only 1 hour had passed! I was given enough medication(7 days) to last till my first in office visit. My first in office visit was around an hour due to paperwork. Every appointment since has been max 20 minutes! I started with weekly appointments, currently at biweekly and soon will have to only go monthly! The entire staff are very welcoming, educated & understanding! The office has always been clean & my prescription is sent to the pharmacy without any issues. I have been to a handful of MAT clinics & they were CRAP and I always felt judged by the staff. That is definitely not the case at Crossroads! I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone seeking MAT services! MAT has saved my life!!

I enjoy being active with crossroads. You are all helpful and respectful and do care about a a persons well being. They provide you with a lot of information and I appreciate everyone in there.
