I recently visited Dr.Judy Lo at for an eye exam, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and the office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Judy Lo was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood my eye health and treatment options. The exam was comprehensive, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

Dr. Judy Lo and her assistant, Shin, were incredible from beginning to end. During the short walk from the train station to the office, there was a sudden rainstorm that left me carrying a drenched umbrella into the building. When Shin took me in to the exam room, he immediately noticed it and gave me paper towels and even wiped the hallways, mentioning he didn't want anyone to slip; I was really touched by how considerate he was. From there, he was kind, attentive, answered all of my questions, and extremely personable. With Dr. Lo, the care and professionalism only continued. She was thorough with my exam, explaining everything she was doing, which as someone who has worn glasses since elementary school, I deeply appreciate. Like Shin, she was personable as we talked about our shared interests in books and writing. Even though during my appointment, the office was closing, she never once made me feel rushed. Despite this being our first meeting, I felt cared for by both Dr. Lo and Shin with an ease and familiarity from both providers that often feels rare these days.

I just left my dentist DR. JANICE TANG & her assistant LILY. & like EVERY experience I have had there in the past 8 years, it was PERFECT. Besides the work done being the best work I could ever expect, the comfort level is a 10. ZERO anxiety. So much so that I LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist. I never thought i would ever say those words, but the entire staff makes me feel cared for from the first day I entered their offices 8 years ago. Every time I leave their office, DR. TANG & LILY make me feel happier than when I entered. It is not just my favorite dental experience in my 25 years in NYC, it is one of my favorite experiences PERIOD. Thank you DR. TANG & LILY & all the other staff!
