CARE Counseling St. Louis Park

My care and time at Care was great and helped me sort through issues and my struggles, the care at care counseling is 10/10. However I did experience the issue that many people complain in the reviews about which is the slow and sporadic billing issues. I have had instances where I'm suddenly charged for 2 or even 3 sessions all of a sudden at once. While I was okay in this situation due to my financials this can really be a problem for others.

I recently faced a disconcerting issue with Care Counseling that I believe is important to share. My name is Eric, a former client of this center. On January 29, 2024, I received an unexpected bill for $1,185 from Care Counseling, which covered services from July 31, 2023, to November 2, 2023. This was particularly surprising because I was under the impression that these services were covered by my insurance. With my extensive background in insurance matters, the lack of prior communication from Care Counseling about this bill was both disappointing and concerning. There was no phone call or email notification before I received this substantial bill in the mail. This absence of initiative in communicating with me or my insurance provider regarding payment issues is troubling. It reflects a lack of transparency and customer care that is not expected from a professional healthcare provider. I am publicly requesting Care Counseling to reach out to me to discuss this matter. Understanding why this situation occurred and finding a resolution is important to me. I believe in resolving issues with clarity and fairness, and I am eager for Care Counseling's prompt response and a detailed explanation.

They are great and try and make sure you get everything you need. Anthony on the phone with scheduling was amazing. The receptionist guy at the st Louis park location is the best. He makes you happy to come in. And my guy Luke has helped me Tons. Don't hesitate to call they are great.
